摘要:
采用实验室生物测定的方式,研究藏茴香水提液对14个不同青稞品种种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,藏茴香水提液对供试的14个青稞品种的种子萌发和幼苗生长均有一定的抑制作用,但不同青稞品种间存在差异性。以效应指数为化感作用评价指标,结合聚类分析和叶绿素、丙二醛含量,将14个青稞品种分为6组,其中藏茴香水提液对青稞品种北青8号的化感抑制作用最弱,对青稞品种藏青25号的化感抑制作用最强,总体结果说明,藏茴香不适合与青稞进行倒茬栽培或混种。
