摘要:

农业标准化是传统农业向现代农业发展的一个重要标志。近20年来，我国农业标准化取得了长足发展，为支撑现代农业发展起到了强农业、富农民、美农村的综合效益，但也存在着国际采标率低、标龄长、更新滞后、涉及面不够广、操作性差等问题。江苏省宿迁市农业标准化工作启动于1998年，虽然在农业和质监部门的配合下取得了一定的成效，但由于受到标准不够超前、推广不够规模、实施监管不力等因素的限制，还存在标准不全面、修订滞后、程序不严谨、落实不力等一系列问题。为加快推进全市农业标准化工作，需要从完善体系、整片推进、示范带动、加强认证等6个方面进行重点发力，并需要以强化组织领导、技术支撑、政策扶持、宣传引导和督查考核等一系列措施作为保障。
