摘要:
为了评估转基因小麦中TaPK-R1基因的组成型表达对农艺性状的影响,采用PK372、PK394、PK465和PK495 4个转基因株系以及受体对照扬麦20分别进行TaPK-R1基因表达分析,以及按常规种植方法进行小区产量试验与考察主要农艺性状。结果表明,TaPK-R1基因的组成型表达除了提高转基因小麦对纹枯病和赤霉病的抗性外,对小麦的生育期、产量性状、株高、主穗性状和籽粒性状等主要农艺性状未产生显著影响。
