摘要:: 为探究乙烯利和吲哚丁酸对蓝莓组培苗不定根生长的影响，以兔眼蓝莓品种灿烂组培苗为材料，用不同浓度乙烯利和吲哚丁酸溶液进行单一或复合处理，然后在30、50、70 d时测定蓝莓的生根率、平均生根数、平均根长、生根力指数。结果表明，在乙烯利单独处理时，浓度在40 mg/L时促生根效果最好，50 d时生根率达100.0%，70 d时生根力指数达11.48；吲哚丁酸单独处理时，浓度在400 mg/L时促生根效果最好，50 d时生根率65.6%，70 d时生根率为100.0%，生根力指数17.69；乙烯利和吲哚丁酸共同处理时，某些组合协同效应明显，400 mg/L吲哚丁酸+10 mg/L乙烯利组合促生根效果最好，50 d时生根率100.0%，70 d时生根力指数21.03。
