摘要:
为评估生物炭施用是否影响土壤中沙门氏菌的滞留和存活行为,将在300、500、700 ℃制备的鸡粪生物炭分别施用于2种典型的农业蔬菜土壤(山东棕壤和江西红壤)中,通过室内一维土柱模拟试验研究了沙门氏菌在施用生物炭土壤剖面中的纵向滞留和存活特点。结果显示,300 ℃生物炭没有显著影响棕壤和红壤中沙门氏菌的滞留,但500 ℃和700 ℃生物炭促进了沙门氏菌在红壤和棕壤土柱中的滞留,且700 ℃生物炭的促进作用最为显著(P<005)。沙门氏菌在土柱表层(0~1 cm)的滞留量高,随着土壤剖面的加深,滞留的沙门氏菌逐渐减少。通过Weibull单指数模型拟合得出:鸡粪生物炭显著促进了沙门氏菌在红壤和棕壤土柱中的存活,其中300 ℃生物炭土柱中沙门氏菌的存活能力最强,但是生物炭制备温度对沙门氏菌存活之间的差异并不显著。相关性分析表明,土壤中沙门氏菌的滞留量与土壤性质没有显著相关性,但沙门氏菌疏水性的变化可能是造成沙门氏菌滞留变化的部分原因。研究表明,鸡粪生物炭影响了沙门氏菌在蔬菜土壤中的滞留和存活,在一定程度上增加了农作物和饮用水被沙门氏菌污染的风险。
