摘要:
以2008—2018年农产品加工企业上市公司为样本，运用双向固定效应、倾向性评分匹配(PSM)等方法，从动态视角研究企业对外直接投资与企业全要素生产率之间的关系。结果表明：(1)农产品加工企业对外直接投资可以提高企业全要素生产率；(2)对外直接投资速度与全要素生产率之间呈现出显著的倒“U”形关系；(3)管理效率能够负向影响对外直接投资速度与企业全要素生产率间的倒“U”形关系。继而提出，我国政府应继续鼓励农产品加工企业走出国门，同时应将重点转向对不同企业对外直接投资速度的调控上，对管理效率高的企业，要积极鼓励他们开展对外直接投资业务；对管理效率较低的企业，鼓励其先提高内部管理效率，再开展对外直接投资。
