摘要:
选取甘草多糖(GPS)为原料，主要研究甘草多糖对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清免疫指标和生长基因表达量的影响。结果表明，在对断奶仔猪生长性能影响中，800、1 500 mg/kg GPS处理组的ADG与对照组相比，差异显著；在对断奶仔猪腹泻率影响中，400、800、1 000 mg/kg GPS处理组和对照组相比，腹泻率显著下降；在对断奶仔猪血清免疫球蛋白中，1 000、15 000 g/kg GPS处理组与对照组相比，血清中IgG含量显著升高，800、1 500 mg/kg GPS处理组与对照组相比，血清中IgM含量显著升高；在断奶仔猪生长基因表达量中，肝脏中800 mg/kg GPS处理组的IGF-1基因mRNA表达量与对照组相比显著升高，背长肌中1 000 mg/kg GPS处理组的IGF-1基因mRNA表达量与对照组相比显著升高，800 mg/kg GPS处理组IGF-2基因的mRNA表达量与对照组相比显著升高(P<0.05)。
