摘要:
为缓解黄连连作障碍,明确不同作物伴生对植物、土壤和产量的作用机理,以头茬黄连(CK1)和连作5年黄连(CK2)为对照,研究大豆、玉米、高粱和大蒜4种伴生栽培处理对黄连农艺性状、生理特性、药用成分含量、根际微生物以及产量的影响。结果表明,与CK1相比,连作导致株高、最长须根、植株鲜重、微生物数量及多样性均显著降低,最终导致产量下降52.19%。伴生栽培可有效缓解黄连连作障碍,与CK2相比,D1、D2、D3和D4处理黄连株高分别显著提高11.46%、6.60%、20.81%和28.00%,最长须根显著提高5.87%、11.80%、5.40%和19.89%,绿叶重分别显著提高5.87%、13.29%、7.35%和21.79%,枯叶重显著提高9.88%、16.77%、20.06%和29.34%,地上重显著提高13.87%、18.17%、9.07%和22.00%,地下重显著提高24.44%、30.64%、41.22%和63.80%。对于生理特性,不同作物伴生处理下的叶绿素含量分别显著提高8.62%、10.59%、18.01%和19.35%,可溶性糖含量显著降低18.93%、1751%、10.30%和24.73%,可溶性蛋白含量显著降低5.6%、5.10%、5.10%和14.29%,游离氨基酸含量则显著降低18.94%、15.66%、17.93%和27.27%。伴生栽培可引起土壤微生物数量发生改变,丰度增加,具体表现为根际微生物总量分别显著提高1.67%、3.45%、7.83%和10.24%。不同作物伴生处理下黄连产量相较CK2分别显著提高1332%、20.80%、24.98%和59.99%。综上所述大豆、玉米、高粱和大蒜与黄连伴生均可以促进其生长发育,改善微生物结构,提升产量效益,其中以大蒜伴生效果最好。
