摘要:
利用改良CTAB法提取10种金发藓科(Polytrichales)植物基因组DNA,利用RAPD和分子标记技术对其进行遗传多样性研究。结果表明,在供试材料中筛选到具有多态性的RAPD引物12个,这些RAPD引物共扩增出68条带,多态性带42条,多态性条带比率(PPB)为61.76%;采用UPGMA聚类分析,供试材料分为2大类群,细叶拟金发藓单独聚为1类,其余9种植物聚为1类。RAPD和分子标记技术可用于金发藓科植物系统学研究。
