摘要:
采用喷雾法测定了不同类型药剂对烟粉虱卵与捕食性天敌小黑瓢虫的选择毒力。结果表明,几种杀虫剂对烟粉虱卵的毒力高低顺序为:阿维菌素>溴氰菊酯>吡虫啉>杀虫双。溴氰菊酯、吡虫啉、杀虫双对烟粉虱卵的相对毒力指数分别为阿维菌素的0.787 618、0.325 681、0.073 839倍。对小黑瓢虫安全性评价结果表明,杀虫双对小黑瓢虫表现出较高的选择毒力,选择性指数分别为:成虫0.41、4龄幼虫6.57×10-2、2龄幼虫1.36×10-2。溴氰菊酯的选择性最低,选择性指数分别为:成虫5.89×10-4、4龄幼虫1.42×10-4、2龄幼虫3.56×10-5。研究结果对于田间合理使用杀虫剂,协调利用生物防治与化学防治控制粉虱类害虫具有重要的理论指导意义。
