摘要:
生态文明和土地整治都是当前建设和谐新农村的重要内容，生态文明建设理念的提出为土地整治赋予了新的历史任务，这就需要我们对生态文明形式下的土地整治进行探索。在分析土地整治和生态文明内涵的基础上，研究了生态文明建设和土地整治的相互关系，指出生态文明是土地整治的新目标，土地整治是生态文明的促进因素。针对我国传统土地整治工作所存在的问题，借鉴国外土地整治的经验，初步探索了生态文明形式下土地整治新的历史任务和具体目标，提出了生态文明形势下土地整治的建议与措施。
