摘要:
紫叶酢浆草作为彩叶植物在室内外均有广泛栽培与应用,了解紫叶酢浆草的光合特性及耐旱性对其园林应用具有重要意义。研究表明,紫叶酢浆草具有较低的光补偿点[20.20 μmol/(m2·s)]和较高的光饱和点[1 084.02 μmol/(m2·s)],适于在多种光照环境下栽培。将叶绿素荧光系数与光合速率结合分析可知,紫叶酢浆草具有一定耐旱性,控水后16~20 d变化明显。叶绿素荧光法简便、快速,是植物干旱胁迫研究中的良好方法
