摘要:
以香樟2年生实生苗为对象,研究不同土壤水分处理下香樟幼苗的生理特性变化。结果表明:干旱处理下香樟叶片相对含水量下降,膜质过氧化产物MDA含量增加。50%田间持水量干旱处理下,香樟叶片抗氧化酶SOD、CAT活性增加,说明在严重缺乏水分环境下,香樟可以启动抗氧化系统及渗透调节系统来积极应对干旱胁迫,减少伤害。
