摘要:
通过柯赫氏法则,采用组织分离法结合病原菌显微镜形态观察,对在贵州栽培种植的续随子发生的立枯病、褐斑病及灰霉病病原菌进行鉴定。结果表明,立枯病病原菌为木贼镰孢菌[F.equiseti (Corda) Sacc.],褐斑病病原菌为假尾孢属(Pseudocercospora spegazzini)真菌,灰霉病病原菌为灰葡萄孢真菌(B.cinerea Pers.)。
