摘要:
水温和盐度是影响水生动物生长代谢的主要因素,采用人工改变自然海水水温和盐度,测定水族箱中氨氮和磷酸盐浓度在密闭2 h前后的差异。结果表明,随着水温的上升,脊尾白虾的氮磷代谢均呈现上升趋势,急变处理的幅度大于缓变处理,但差异不显著;脊尾白虾的氮代谢均随着盐度的上升呈现下降趋势,急变与缓变处理间差异显著;磷代谢在盐度<2.5%时,随着盐度的上升呈现上升趋势,在盐度>2.5%时,随着盐度的上升呈现下降趋势。结果表明,水温和盐度均影响脊尾白虾的代谢水平,急变比缓变处理显著,研究结果为脊尾白虾对环境的适应及抗逆机制
