摘要:
竹柳是近年引进筛选出的适合江苏省沿海人工森林带造林的耐盐经济树种,为加快其苗木扩繁速度,应用全光照喷雾基质快繁技术,成效显著。该技术包括如下要点:(1)以常规硬枝扦插的方法建立采穗母本圃;(2)穗条的采集与制作,插穗为半木质化嫩条,剪成2叶一段,长度5~6 cm;(3)扦插,扦插前用ABT生根剂500倍液浸插穗基部3~5 s,按5 cm×5 cm规格扦插;(4)苗床管理,连续间歇喷雾,确保扦插成活率,插穗萌发新芽后即可喷施叶面肥,每周1次,注意防治病虫害;(5)移栽及栽后管理。
