摘要:
分离纯化栀子(Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.)新鲜果实中的内生真菌，用插片法观察菌种的菌丝、孢子囊以及孢子等特征，探讨栀子内生真菌群落多样性。结果表明，从栀子果实中分离获得了42株内生真菌，初步鉴定为1目1科9属，交链孢霉属(Alternaria spp.)1株，占2.38%；青霉属(Penicillium spp.)3株，占7.14%；曲霉属(Aspergillus spp.)3株，占714%；轮枝霉属(Verticillium spp.)3株，占7.14%；瓶梗青霉属(Paecilomyces spp.)2株，占4.76%；穗霉属(Spicaria spp.)2株，占476%；头孢霉属(Cephalosporium spp.)1株，占2.38%；粘帚霉属(Gliocladium spp.)1株，占2.38%；双曲孢霉属(Nakataea spp.)26株，占61.9%。其中双曲孢霉属为优势菌群。
