摘要:: 在我国乡村旅游蓬勃发展的背景下，乡村旅游合作社应运而生。在乡村旅游快速发展的同时，也暴露出了诸如外部保障环境不完善、内部运作机制不规范等方面的问题。应坚持服务系列化、管理民主化、运营机制企业化的发展方向，从提高思想认识、完善外部环境、规范内部运作等方面加快乡村旅游合作社的建设。
