摘要:
采用4因素3水平正交试验设计方法,开展了不同连作障碍防控技术措施对太子参主要农艺性状影响的研究。结果表明:太子参的产量鲜质量分别与叶长、叶宽、出苗率、地上部鲜质量之间存在正相关关系,与株高之间存在负相关关系,栽植深度为11 cm,土壤消毒液为代森铵,基肥施用量为草木灰1 500 kg/hm2、磷肥450 kg/hm2、复合肥225 kg/hm2、硫酸钾225 kg/hm2,病害药物防治措施为发病严重时,喷50%多菌灵1 000倍液,7~10 d喷1次,连喷 2~3次(即处理A3B3C2D3)的农艺性状综合表现最好。
