摘要:
采用正交试验,探讨不同连作障碍防控技术措施对太子参主要农艺性状的影响,结果表明,太子参的产量鲜重分别与块根鲜重、块根长度、块根直径、须根数之间存在极显著正相关关系,与地下茎节数之间呈负相关,总体而言,各因素最优组合为A3B3C2D3,即栽植深度为11 cm,土壤消毒液为代森铵,基肥施用量为草木灰1 500 kg/hm2+磷肥 450 kg/hm2 +复合肥225 kg/hm2+硫酸钾225 kg/hm2,发病严重时,7~10 d喷1次50%多菌灵1 000倍液,连喷2~3次。
