摘要:
利用分布在大豆20对染色体上的56对 SSR 引物,对淮河以南地区26 份菜用大豆品种(系) 基因组 DNA进行 PCR 扩增。结果表明,56对 SSR 引物中有44对引物在26份菜用大豆之间具有稳定的多态性。利用这44对SSR引物所检测出的123个等位基因对26份菜用大豆品种(系)进行遗传相似性分析,并在44对引物中选择其中6对多态性好、扩增带型清晰的SSR引物构建26份菜用大豆品种(系)的指纹图谱。这6对SSR引物构建的指纹图谱可以将26份菜用大豆品种(系)逐一区分开来。采用非加权类平均法进行聚类分析,26份菜用大豆品种(系)间遗传相似系数的变异范围为0.61~0.88,在相似系数0.70处,可将26份菜用大豆品种(系)分为4大类群,分析结果在一定程度上反映了品种之间的亲缘关系。
