摘要:
为了解喀斯特山区野生燕麦对碱胁迫耐性的生理机制,利用不同浓度Na2CO3对喀斯特山区野生燕麦种子进行处理。结果表明:与对照相比,在不同浓度的Na2CO3胁迫条件下,野生燕麦种子的萌发受到显著抑制,即随着盐碱浓度的增加,其发芽势、发芽率、活力指数、发芽指数均有所下降。野生燕麦种子的极限耐碱度为200 mmol/L,耐碱临界度为40 mmol/L,最适耐碱度为10 mmol/L。
