摘要:
采用盐酸处理膨润土原土得到酸化膨润土,再用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵进行有机化改性,制备有机膨润土。利用挤出-外源凝胶法制备毒死蜱/膨润土/海藻酸钠微球,研究改性膨润土对载药微球的载药量、包封率、溶胀性能及缓释性能的影响。结果表明,有机膨润土复合微球的载药量和包封率均高于相应的酸化膨润土微球;加入膨润土有利于降低复合微球溶胀率和提高微球缓释性能,有机膨润土在抑制微球溶胀和增强缓释效果方面优于酸化膨润土。
