摘要:
采用挤压法制备阳离子改性壳聚糖/海藻酸钠/毒死蜱复合缓释复合微球。通过傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、光学显微镜等表征微球化学组成、形貌结构,并用单因素分析考察pH值、温度以及离子浓度对缓释性能的影响。结果表明,载药复合微球的缓释行为表现出对离子浓度、pH值、温度的响应,用Korsmeyer-Peppas动力学模型研究其缓释机制,药物在微球内以扩散溶解机制释放,释放行为复合一级动力学模型。
