摘要:
以条斑紫菜野生品系WT为对照,对条斑紫菜选育品系NY-001的体细胞与壳孢子阶段的耐低盐特性进行测定,结果表明:在正常盐度(2.6%)下培养14 d,WT、NY-001品系条斑紫菜的体细胞苗与壳孢子萌发体的存活率与分裂率均无显著差异;在1.5%下培养14 d,WT品系条斑紫菜体细胞的存活率、分裂率分别为62.8%、98.8%,而NY-001品系的存活率、分裂率则分别为77.4%、100.0%,WT品系的壳孢子存活率、分裂率分别为63.9%、96.8%,而NY-001品系的存活率、分裂率则分别为88.0%、
