摘要:
采用浸渍法制备K2CO3-Al2O3负载型固体碱,研究秸秆经固体碱预处理后木质素脱除率的变化及木质素脱除后对后期产甲烷量的影响。结果表明:当反应温度为170 ℃、反应时间5 h、固液比为1 g ∶20 mL、固固比1 g ∶20 mL时,木质素脱除率较高,达50%左右。秸秆碱处理后的日产气量、总产气量均高于未处理过的秸秆,并且发酵过程中固体碱用量较少。
