摘要:
以甘草渣为原料,采用碱法和有机溶剂法2种方法,用氢氧化钠、氨水、丙酮、乙二醇4种溶剂提取木质素,这4种溶剂的提取率分别为:17.25%、5.75%、11.54%、12.60%。测定了木质素FT-IR光谱图。采用乙酰化法和差示光度法测定了总羟基和酚羟基含量。结果表明:有机溶剂法提取的木质素活性基团含量更高。采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了用氢氧化钠和丙酮提取的木质素分子量及分子量分布,分析显示:用丙酮提取的木质素分子量更小、分布更窄。
