摘要:
于不同时段对10年生“龙井长叶”茶树树冠进行尿素和生命素(Alpha Greed)喷雾施肥处理,以探讨叶面肥对茶树新梢部分生长指标、主要品质化学成分含量的影响。结果表明:喷施尿素、生命素处理后,新梢发芽密度明显高于对照且差异显著(P<0.05),以傍晚喷施生命素效果最好,发芽密度增加率达33.81%;芽头长度、新梢百芽质量均有一定提升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。主要品质成分多酚类、游离氨基酸、咖啡碱、可溶性糖、叶绿素含量均有不同程度提高,以早晨、傍晚喷施叶面肥后效果较为显著。同时对酚氨比值、叶绿素a/b值具有一定降低作用,中午喷施尿素、生命素处理后,叶片光合速率显著增加。
