摘要:

2014年在中央农村工作会议上，首次提出了“人的新农村”概念，明确建设社会主义新农村必须要着力提高人的素质，推动“物的新农村”和“人的新农村”建设协同并进，赋予了新的历史时期社会主义新农村建设的内涵。充分发挥具有较高知识素养和开阔视野的大学生“村官”在物的新农村和人的新农村建设中引领者的作用，对加快我国社会主义新农村建设有着积极的意义。
