摘要:
以推进新农村建设的“生产发展、生活宽裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”20字方针为主要目标，以山西省近年来新农村建设实际情况作为现实依据，充分考虑体系的适用性及数据的可获取性，构建山西省新农村建设绩效测度指标体系，力图对山西省新农村建设的实施效果进行客观评价。
