摘要:
食品安全问题正受到越来越多的关注,解决食品安全问题已经迫在眉睫。食品供应链本身的市场调节机制失效是造成食品安全问题的根本原因,供应链协同是解决这一问题的可行和有效途径。食品供应链具有关系不稳定性、信息不对称性和双重边际性特点,安全风险存在于供应链各个环节之中。以供应链核心企业为中心,通过战略联盟、外部资源管理、纵向一体化3种协同模式,可以有效减少供应链中的食品安全风险。食品供应链协同质量控制需要质量合作机制、质量协同决策机制和质量激励机制作为保障,其中质量合作机制包括收益共享机制、信息共享机制、信任机制;质量决策机制包括质量保证能力协同、质量标准协同和质量组织协同三方面;质量激励机制包括跨期支付机制、违约惩罚机制和信息传递机制。
