摘要:
使用联合浸提法测定3种土壤(褐土、棕壤、黑土)有效态重金属Cd,并与DTPA、HCl法比较,探讨联合浸提法测定土壤Cd的可行性。进行盆栽试验,测定小麦全量镉,分析我国北方3种土壤不同方法有效态Cd测定值与小麦吸收Cd的相关性。结果表明,HCl-Cd值在3种土壤间差异较大,联合浸提法和DTPA法Cd测定值在3种土壤间差异较小。联合浸提法比常规方法有效态Cd浸出率高。此外,联合浸提法有效态Cd测定值与土壤Cd添加量有较好相关性,相关系数为0.993~0.999;与常规方法有效态Cd测定值有较好相关性,相关系数
