摘要:
研究化感物质对羟基苯甲酸对烟草氮磷钾养分吸收、转运及分配的影响。以烟草K326为材料,在水培条件下,设置对羟基苯甲酸浓度分别为5 mg/L(T1)、15 mg/L(T2)、45 mg/L(T3)、0 mg/L(CK)4个处理,测定不同处理条件下对烟苗NO-3、H2PO4-、K+的吸收曲线、烟苗根茎叶中氮磷钾含量及分配的影响,以及对木质部、韧皮部中NO3-、NH4+、游离氨基酸、磷、钾含量的影响。与CK比较,对羟基苯甲酸对NO3-吸收曲线没有明显改变,但却明显改变H2PO4-、K+的吸收曲线。烟苗根茎叶中氮磷钾的积累量上,根部氮积累量对羟基苯甲酸处理高于CK,茎部、叶部低于CK,总量也低于CK,地上部氮积累量所占比例对羟基苯甲酸处理低于CK;根茎叶中磷积累量,且地上部磷积累量比例均处理低于CK;根茎叶中钾积累量对羟基苯甲酸处理低于CK,但地上部钾积累量比例对羟基苯甲酸处理与CK变化不显著。木质部及韧皮部中NO3-、NH4+、游离氨基酸、磷、钾含量均为T3处理最低。表明对羟基苯甲酸抑制烟草对氮磷钾的吸收,对磷、钾的抑制作用更强,并且抑制氮和磷向地上部运输,但对钾的运输作用不强。
