摘要:
应用水提法提取黑果枸杞中总黄酮,采用单因素和Box-Behnken试验设计,利用响应面分析法选取乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度以及料液比进行4因素3水平试验,优化黑果枸杞总黄酮的提取工艺,并测定总黄酮清除超氧阴离子、DPPH和羟自由基的能力,初步考察其抗氧化活性。结果表明:水浴提取的最优工艺参数为乙醇的体积分数为79.6%,提取时间为60.8 min,料液比为1 g ∶15.6 mL,提取温度为70.2 ℃。在此优化条件下,黑果枸杞总黄酮的提取量可达到69.02 μg/mL。其中影响提取工艺参数的主次因
