摘要:

运用2006—2015年统计数据，从存出栏量、羊肉产量、生产布局与结构等方面分析了近10年来江苏省肉羊产业发展特征：10年间，肉羊生产保持稳定、生产能力不断提高、规模养殖不断发展、区域化生产明显，但近年来市场价格相对低迷。结合不同规模养殖场的调研，梳理了全省肉羊产业的发展需求，主要表现在以下3个方面：市场波动明显、信息不透明，须要提升肉羊生产关键环节的科技发展水平以及促进规模养殖发展。从科技发展、政策保障、生产结构调整3个方面对提升肉羊产业发展提出了相关建议。
