摘要:
通过向稻秆猪粪高温堆肥中添加拟茎点霉B3,研究其对堆肥腐熟过程及产品品质的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,经32 d的腐熟,接种拟茎点霉B3的处理堆料有机质降解率增加23.1百分点,纤维素和木质素含量分别下降31.4%、14.1%,E4/E6值下降13.3%,养分含量(全氮、全磷、全钾、速效氮、速效磷)和微生物数量均明显增加,水堇种子发芽率指数达到83.0%。稻秆猪粪的腐熟主要发生在堆肥升温阶段和高温阶段,而在降温阶段有机物降解缓慢,说明向稻秆猪粪堆肥中接入一定量的拟茎点霉B3菌剂可以加快堆肥腐熟进程,提高堆肥产品品质。
