摘要:
从南京-92块根内分离纯化得到了甘薯几丁质酶,在不同浓度的PAGE电泳中均显示该酶为单一条带,据此推断该酶为电泳纯单一蛋白;对该酶进行了性质鉴定,结果表明,该酶分子量为23 ku左右,最适温度为45 ℃,最适pH值为5.5,等电点pI为7.2,为碱性几丁质酶。
