摘要:
我国作为生鲜农产品生产消费大国,传统生鲜农产品供应链却存在产地滞销、销售点供不应求、物流开销高、信息不完善的供应链矛盾。从消费者感知视角进行分析,通过问卷调研从生鲜农产品供应链的产品品质、加工表现、物流、销售和售后服务设计问项获取样本数据,采用SPSS 18.0完成信度和效度解析,进而采用KMO和Bartlett检验、主成分分析、相关性分析、旋转因子分析和回归解析方法研究消费者感知体验。结果表明,在“互联网+”O2O模式下的生鲜农产品供应各环节信息完整,为消费者提供较好的线上线下产品品质、销售、售后、物流和加工表现,并给出进一步发展的建议。
