摘要:
柑橘类水果的采后病害在贮藏和运输期间会造成相当大的损失。绿霉病是柑橘类水果主要的采后疾病。综述植物源提取物、微生物保鲜剂、天然化合物、食品添加剂、公认安全化合物等物质在柑橘果实采后绿霉病防治中的应用情况。2种或多种方法的联合使用将是柑橘绿霉病防治的发展方向之一。
