摘要:
为了研究受酸性尾矿渣冲刷造成的低浓度Pb、Cd污染土壤的钝化效果,筛选出降低土壤及蕹菜体中有效态Pb、Cd含量的改良剂。通过盆栽试验研究了尾矿污染土壤中施用石灰、钙镁磷肥、泥炭、活性炭和聚丙烯酸钠5种改良剂对蕹菜(water spinach)的生长发育、Pb、Cd含量特性的影响,分析了施用改良剂后土壤pH值和有效态Pb、Cd含量的变化。研究表明,复合改良剂的施用不仅可以明显提高蕹菜地上部鲜质量,还可以降低蕹菜中铅、镉的含量。施加1%生石灰后的土壤pH值的均值为5.95,明显高于未修复的土壤,结合蕹菜鲜质量及其体内Pb、Cd的含量,施用1%生石灰、0.2%钙镁磷肥、6%泥炭、0.4%活性炭和0.1%聚丙烯酸钠后改良矿区污染土壤的效果最好。总体上讲,施用改良剂对轻微Pb-Cd污染的酸性农田土壤有修复作用,能够确保蕹菜的种植安全性。
