摘要:
为研究亚精胺对玉米幼苗抗重金属毒害影响的内在机制,采用营养液培养法,研究5 mg/L镉胁迫下不同浓度亚精胺对玉米幼苗光合作用和抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:(1)在镉毒害下,喷水处理玉米幼苗的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性下降,施加外源亚精胺可显著提高抗氧化酶活性;(2)在镉胁迫下,喷水处理的叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量降低,施加外源亚精胺可提高二者的含量;(3)镉毒害可使丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2O2)含量及 O-2 · 产生速率升高,施加外源亚精胺可降低膜脂过氧化程度,进而降低MDA、H2O2含量及 O-2 · 产生速率。说明亚精胺能够减轻镉对玉米幼苗的毒害作用,且以0.5、1.0 mmol/L的效果较好。
