摘要:
为识别与防控农民合作社经营风险，结合实地访谈调查，通过层次分析法(AHP)建立农民合作社风险指标评价体系，并运用德尔菲法收集专家关于农民合作社风险程度的意见，计算指标权重并排序。结果表明，一级指标风险重要性程度依次为经营管理风险、人员管理风险、技术风险、自然环境风险和经济风险；二级指标中合作社规章制度最为关键，而人员道德素质水平影响程度最小。提出建立“政府-农民合作社”二元结合风险防控框架，以促进合作社风险管理效率提升。
