摘要:
采用沉淀聚合方法,以齐墩果酸为模板,系统考察了功能单体、溶剂、交联剂及引发剂等对齐墩果酸印迹聚合物(OA-MIPs)形貌以及吸附性能的影响。结果表明,分子模拟计算结果不完全适用于沉淀聚合方法,在沉淀聚合时,溶剂和功能单体对聚合物的形貌起主导作用。在以乙腈+乙醇(二者体积比为3 ∶1)为溶剂,甲基丙烯酸为功能单体,二乙烯基苯+二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(二者的物质量之比为4 ∶1)为交联剂,模板 ∶功能单体 ∶交联剂为 1 ∶4 ∶20(物质量之比),偶氮二异丁腈用量为反应单体总量的2%等优化条件下,制备的OA-MIPs形貌规则、粒径均一,对齐墩果酸具有较高吸附性能。结果可为齐墩果酸分子印迹聚合物的制备和应用提供数据参考。
