摘要:
以杏鲍菇菌株作为试验材料,对其进行生物学特性及原种配方、栽培种栽培配方研究。结果表明,菌丝的最适生长条件如下:pH值为8.0,最适生长温度为25 ℃,最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,最适氮源为酵母浸粉,最适微量元素为 KH2PO4。各因素对菌丝的影响程度排序为温度>碳源>pH值>氮源,各因素影响间差异极显著,最佳原种配方为2号配方,即85%玉米、5%麦麸、5%锯末、2%豆粕、1%玉米粉、0.5%石灰、1.5%石膏、60%含水量。最佳栽培种配方为5号配方,即65%锯末、20%麦麸、10%稻壳、3%豆粕、1%石灰、1%石膏、60%含水量。
