摘要:
为了筛选1株对水产病原菌具有拮抗作用的菌株，对菌株JSSW-LA进行生理生化鉴定、16S rDNA序列测定及系统发育树的构建，采用体外抑菌试验、共培养试验考察菌株JSSW-LA对多种水产病原菌的拮抗作用。经鉴定表明，菌株JSSW-LA为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)，JSSW-LA对嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)、维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)、温和气单胞菌(Aeromonas sobria)、爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella)、豚鼠气单胞菌(Aeromonas caviae)具有一定的抑制作用，其中对温和气单胞菌、豚鼠气单胞菌抑制效果显著。共培养结果显示，低起始浓度的JSSW-LA(2.8×103 CFU/mL)能够显著抑制温和气单胞菌、豚鼠气单胞菌生长，高起始浓度的JSSW-LA(2.8×106 CFU/mL)对5种致病菌均具有一定的抑制作用。结果表明，解淀粉芽孢杆菌JSSW-LA对水产中的常见致病菌具有较好的抑制作用，是1株拮抗性能优良的微生物菌株，在水产养殖中具有广阔的应用前景。
