摘要:
采集山东菏泽地区发病猪场病死猪的小肠内容物进行细菌分离,对分离细菌进行生化鉴定、血清型鉴定和药敏试验。结果表明:分离得到的35株细菌均为产肠毒素大肠埃希菌,其主要血清型为O8、O101,分别占42.9%、31.4%。35株分离株对丁胺卡那霉素和多黏菌素B敏感,对阿奇霉素、氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、庆大霉素、卡那霉素、链霉素具有不同程度的敏感性;对土霉素和四环素耐药,对其余11种抗生素也有不同程度的耐药性。结果表明,丁胺卡那霉素、多黏菌素B可作为该地区预防该疾病的首选药物,其他药物须减少或暂停使用。
