摘要:
通过对柳属植物种质资源品质特征的探究，对其进行初步的鉴定与评价。柳属种质资源评价模型基于生长和药用性状进行构建。其中杞柳、筐柳、谷柳的总黄酮含量较高，杞柳含量达0.225 6 mg/g；筐柳、金丝垂柳、松江柳的原花青素含量较高，筐柳含量达0.156 8 mg/g；五蕊柳、筐柳、细叶沼柳的木樨草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷含量较高，五蕊柳含量达2.130 7 mg/g。以构建的科学评价方法，筛选出6种具有良好利用价值的优良种质资源，分别为旱垂柳、五蕊柳、金丝垂柳、筐柳、旱柳和垂柳。为实现各指标的量化性和直观性，本研究构建了科学的评价方法，为柳属育种筛选、传统育种及分子育种研究提供种质资源，为柳属植物药用成分开发利用提供了一定的理论依据。
