摘要:
为研究香菇酚类物质的抑菌效果,用有机溶剂提取香菇中的酚类物质,以黑曲霉菌(Aspergillus niger)、绿色木霉菌(Trichoderma viride)、枯草杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、嗜肉菌(Staphyloccocus aureus)、沙门氏菌(Salmonella spp.)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)标准菌株为供试菌,测定香菇酚类物质提取物的抑菌活性。结果表明,香菇酚类物质提取物有一定的抑菌作用,对枯草杆菌、嗜肉菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌有比较明显的抑制作用。
