摘要:
以不同来源、不同血清型李斯特氏菌(Listeria spp.)株(临床分离株7株、环境分离株7株和其他来源3株,11种血清型的17个ATCC标准菌株)为研究对象,研究其生长动力学与来源、血清型之间的关系,37 ℃静置培养条件下获得17株菌的生长曲线,并利用Baranyi模型对其拟合,得到每株菌的生长动力学参数——最大比生长速率(μmax)、延滞期(λ)、最大细胞浓度(ymax)。结果表明:μmaxλ这2个参数的最大值和最小值分别存在显著性差异(P<0.05),血清型为3a和4b的2株单增李斯特氏菌(Listeria monocytogenes)的延滞期存在显著性差异(P<0.05),血清型为6a和6b的2株英诺克李斯特氏菌(Listeria innocua)的最大比生长速率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。格氏李斯特氏菌(Listeria grayi)菌株与其他菌株存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其余不同来源的李斯特氏菌生长动力学差异不显著。
