摘要:
建立了分散固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法直接测定水中20种有机氯农药的方法。调节待测水样pH值调节为中性,将0.3 g HC-C18粉末作为萃取剂分散到待测水样中,振荡萃取20 min,样品经萃取富集后过固相萃取空柱过滤回收萃取剂,用3 mL 乙酸乙酯作为洗脱剂进行洗脱,用氮吹仪浓缩后进GC/MS 分离检测。测定结果表明,20种有机氯农药在0.05~5 μg/L范围内线性良好,检出限在0.02~2 ng/L。用本方法对实际水样进行测定,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于16.5%,加标回收率达到62.1%~122.1%。本方法操作简单快速,可以同时满足水中20种有机氯农药的分析测定。
